Villa "Mramor" is located on the eastern slope of Kopaonik, in Brzeće. The capacity of the villa consists of 15 apartments, one and two bedroom and VIP duplex apartment. Each unit is equipped with modern furniture, central heating, kitchen with all elements, telephone, wireless internet, CABL TV and bathroom with shower and towels.
The villa is located at an altitude of 1,111 meters. Not far from it is the Mali Karaman cable car, which is connected to the Kopaonik cable car system. In addition, there are numerous hiking trails, natural attractions: Jelovarnik waterfall, which is considered the highest in Serbia, a geyser, a sanctuary built in Roman times.
For the guests of the villa, various excursions are organized to Jošanička and Lukovska spas, the monasteries Studenica, Sopoćani, Stari Ras.
The villa has a fireplace hall, intended for socializing and relaxation, and a restaurant hall, with a capacity of 36 seats, where smaller celebrations and business gatherings can be organized.
